Villa with private pool 5min Golf Club only 10min beach

The exclusive villa of 145m2 is in the quiet urbanization of Roca de Malvet in Santa Cristina d'Aro 1km from the town center, 10min by car from the beach and 20km from Girona Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large garden area with barbecue and private pool with sunbeds for sunbathing. The three bedrooms consist of a double bed, another double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed in the living room. There are two full bathrooms, kitchen equipped with washer and dryer, flat screen TV, parking area and wifi throughout the establishment. The delivery of keys and check in takes place from 4pm to 9pm with the option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups under 28 years are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

    maison était agréable. spacieuse et pouvant accueillir 8 personnes ( 2lits double et 4 simple) quelques améliorations sont toutefois à prévoir, les lavabos et éviers étaient souvent bouches, un cache était manquant à l intérieur de la baignoire qui faisait jacuzzi ( dangereux car aspiration importante) l accès à la piscine un peu compliqué .. il aurait fallu également quelques accessoires de base ( éponge, mir vaisselle). ceci dit l emplacement était agréable et sans bruit malgré le vis à vis. nous avons passé de bonnes vacances malgré la distance des plages et commerces ( 20 min de platja )

    La casa estaba impecablemente limpia con todos los servicios que se pueden necesitar. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue dinámica y rápida. Si que hubo un error a la entrada de la estancia y una de las camas y la cuna no tenia la ropa de cama completa pero se solucionó al dia siguiente sin mas problema.

    Pasamos unos días fantásticos en la casa. La cocina es muy completa y los electrodomésticos funcionan perfectamente. El salón tiene bastantes sofás y muy cómodos, ideal para estar un grupo de 7. En las habitaciones las camas dobles son cómodas, pero la cama supletoria y el sofá cama son bastantes incómodas, y están en la misma habitacion junto con una doble, lo que limita bastante el espacio. Los baños estaban limpios y con agua caliente. Otra de las pegas es que la piscina se encuentra en el piso inferior al que no se puede acceder por el interior de la casa, teniendo que bajar una cuesta con mucha pendiente hasta llegar a ella. También nos hubiera gustado tener una mesa en la zona de la piscina donde se encuentra la barbacoa, para comer al tiempo que se cocina en ella. Con todo, la casa nos gustó mucho, es muy completa y moderna, y estuvimos muy a gusto. Sin duda, repetiríamos.
