House of 218m2 is located near the center of Vilanova i la Geltrú only 2km from the beach and 40min from Barcelona. It is distributed over three floors with a large private outdoor area equipped with furniture and a built-in barbecue. The main floor includes a dining room, kitchen, toilet and access to the outdoor area. On the first floor you will find a double suite with a private bathroom and terrace, two additional double bedrooms and another bathroom. The third floor consists of an open area with a double bed, living area and a terrace. The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, three air conditioning units, heating, Smart TV, Wi-Fi throughout the property, sheets/towels included and private garage. Key delivery takes place from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. It is a smoke free property. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax and documentation. Groups under 30 years old are not allowed. Parties and/or similar events are expressly prohibited and under no exception. We will be at your disposal almost 24 hours a day for anything you may need during your stay.
