The apartment of 85m2 is in the residential town of S'Agaró 100m from the beach and restaurants, 5min from Platja d'Aro and 22km from Girona Airport. It is distributed on the second floor with a large terrace with a chill out area and mediterranean sea views, as well as having a community pool available all year round. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. There are two full bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, central air conditioning, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and a private parking space. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the entrance you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups under 25 years are not accepted.
