The apartment of 90m2 is in a quiet urbanization close to all services and 5 minutes by car from Sant Pol beach, 8km from Platja d'Aro and 33km from Girona's Airport. It is located on the first floor and has two private terraces with outdoor furniture and a pool with a large garden area. The three bedrooms have two double beds and two single beds. There are two full bathrooms, kitchen equipped with a washing machine, filter coffee maker, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups under 24 years old are not allowed.
