Apartment on the beach near public transport

The apartment of 70m2 is on the shore 1min from the beautiful beach and restaurants of Platja d'Aro, 5min from the bus station, 15min from Palamós and 30min from Girona Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large terrace and garden. The two rooms are composed of a double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed for two people in the living room. There is a full bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, AC, heating for the winter, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi throughout the property. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

    The apartment benefits from a great location. It's a 3 min walk from the beach, all the restaurants, cafes and shops are also right on the doorstep. The porch is lovely to sit on in the evening and during the day, it's relatively peaceful despite being on a busy road. The rest is unfortunately pretty basic and we felt it didn't quite live up to the £250/night we paid.

    Appartement très bien situé, et résidence calme.Juste une parenthèse, on aurait juste voulu avoir plus de serviette de toilette et de bain, car une par personne pour 1 semaine, cela n’est pas assez. Sinon séjour à refaire avec plaisir, et recommande cet endroit.

    Hemos estado muy bien en el apartamento, la terraza genial. Para ayudaros a mejorar comentaros que el estado de una de las camas individuales es mejorable, se salían las lamas, y una pata de la mesa del comedor bailaba un poco. Por lo demás muy bien. Saludos

    Excellente situation : la plage au bout de la rue d'un côté et la ville de l'autre. Appartement confortable où il ne manque rien sauf un peu de luminosité ( mais nous y étions en début mars ) avec petite terrasse succinte Très bonne hi-fi. Les chiens sont acceptés avec le jardin pour eux. Excellent rapport qualité/ prix.

    Clean, spacious, modern apartment very close to nice shoppingstreet, boulevard and beach. Ground floor with your own door. Towels you have to wash yourself in the washingmachine and because there is a luxury kitchen I missed a watercooker and pans

    Great Appartment, Clean, modern. Very Close top beach and shopping streets. Ground floor with garden.Because the apartment is upscale I missed little Things Like a watercooker Coffeemaschine, pots and pand. Because there is a washingmachine You have to wash the towels they do not change them
