It has a complete bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, washing machine, air conditioning, fan, winter heating, smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and public parking area in the surrounding area. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment.
