Apartment of 50m2 located in the center the charming Maresme town of Calella only 250m from the beach, 10-minute walk from the train station and 70km from Barcelona Airport (accessible via a direct Sagalés bus). It is on the ground floor and it features two terraces, one completely private and a communal rooftop terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and laundry facilities. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests. Amenities include a full bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans, heating for the winter months, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and bed linen and towels. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation.
