Apartment with private garden and pool 1km beach

The apartment of 75m2 is in the beautiful seashore town of Platja d'Aro 1km from the beach and shops, 15min from Palamós and 30min from Girona Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large terrace and a private garden with outdoor tables and chairs, as well as a community pool for adults and another for children. The three bedrooms have a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed with a single bed. There are two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a dishwasher, fans, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

    en general bien.PRO-cerca del mar (con un paseo)-pequeña terraza abierta privada-piso bastante grande-flexibilidad check out (pagando)-1 piscina grande y 1 pequeña compartidas -tranquilidad (mitad de setiembre)-había un futbolín miniCONTRASFaltan bastante detalles para mejorar,en resumen la relación calidad-precio.El piso, de construcción no moderna, necesitaría alguna pequeña reforma/arreglo: -la puerta de la habitación principal se cierra pero con dificultad-sofa muy cómodo pero muy antiguoPor último no hemos tenido suerte con el mando TV (baterías probablemente), tampoco había un rollo de papel igienico de reserva/adicional. Costa muy poco y se agradece encontrarlo sobretodo cuando haya más de 3/4 personas, nosotros estabamos en 7.Hay que mejorar en definitiva la relación calidad-precio,bajando el precio o añadiendo como mínimo varios detalles.

    Apartamento grande con tres habitaciones, una de ellas con baño propio, otro baño, cocina, salon comedor y patio. Aceso a la piscina muy próximo y con aparcamiento gratis en la calle. Queda cerca de la playa, pero hay una pendiente considerable. Anfitrión muy amable.El apartamento necesitaria una reforma, hay cositas a arreglar...

    Todo muy bien, el apartamento está genial, nos encantó el jardín y la piscina. Fácil acceder a todos sitios.Un pequeño inconveniente que tuvimos es la falta de productos como detergente de lavajillas,bolsas de basura, Jabón de manos...Lo demás todo perfecto.

    Estada de 6 persones, apartament molt ben equipat, molt bona situació i molta tranquilitat. Zona ajardinada fantàstica, accés directe a la piscina des de l’apartament.

    Anfitrión muy amable. Apartamento bien equipado y muy cerca de las playas y calas maravillosas de la costa brava. Agradable el poder contar con la terraza y el pequeño jardín propio. El único inconveniente es que hay muchas cosas en el apartamento que están falta de mantenimiento.
